What Has it Done for Me?

3.5 years I had my baby via C-Section. I originally created this challenge for those looking to get Summer Abs.
After I thought about it, it's not just about looks.

Strengthening your core is important for core stability. It helps prevent injuries, protects the back, helps fight pain, maintain balance, and assists with breathing and digestion.
